KPM新品-1/48 SIAI-马尔凯蒂 SF-260板件试模和水贴和素组
Test building SF-260 1/48
Today we bring you a preview of the test construction of the SF-260 on a scale of 1/48. Following the successful launch of this 1/72 scale sports car model, we have completed preparations this week for the 1/48 scale release of this type. The model model is again prepared from our 3D modelling , which was created on the basis of original production documentation with the help of siai collaborators. They have a big thank you for that. The master is then converted to a standard short rune form via 3D printing.
The parts are placed in one larger frame and are sprayed from medium gray plastic without significant blemishes and sinkhos. The negative engraving is reasonably deep for the 1/48 scale model. The kit again contains, like the 17 complete parts for the SF-260D,W and turboprop TP versions, including hangers and armament.
And now to the construction. A few photos will show you the progress of the construction. Again, I will remind you that the construction of shor-rune kits has its pitfalls and routine, and of course it is clearing all parts from small technological moulds at the place of division of the mould. The completion of a very detailed interior is relaxing. Fits exactly into the glued torso. Our production technologist took revenge on all of us by placing three ejector bosses on the side of the dashboard... cleaning plant . It happened, we apologize for the problem. The culprit has also been duly "commended." The next modelling deployment awaits us when the wing-hull joint is relegated, which is not completely perfect. With me, after a while of grazing and bending the back "tail" of the bottom of the wing, everything kind of fell into place. On the right side, however, I glued a 0.6 mm belt sculpture directly into the upper transition of the fuselage – the wing as seen in the photo. Someone cements the crack with putty or pours thick second glue – that's up to everyone they decide to do . The assembly of the engine and chassis is relaxing. As a reminder, do not forget about importing in the bow of the fuselage . The cabin is beautifully clean and transparent. It's one piece, for precise settling, I had to grind the seating area at the back of the torso a little bit. More experienced ones can cut the cabin at the point of division of the frame , the space and nice hints will definitely make it easier for you.
