Spitfire Mk.I-V project covers several versions of the early Merlin powered Spitfires, basical Spitfire Mk.I, Mk.II, Mk.Vs, as well as the Seafires later. The project will be split to several stages.The first stage is Spitfire Mk.I, which is scheduler to second half of this year with couple of boxings.
There will be two two different frame of the fuselage versions available, except the variable small parts like the wind shield, canopy, antenna mast, pitot tupe or propeller. There were no armors in early Spitfires, the armor protecting the fuel tank, wind shield and pilot back were added step by step during the service, manly after Battle of France during the Summer and early Fall of 1940. Combination of the various alternative parts allows to get Spitfire Mk.I in the fashion of the aircraft in various service times. There are two fuselage versions seen, the early one up and late version bottom. Note the early fuselage doesn´t represent the K5054 prototype!
The wings are also two different frames with small, but important differences. See the surface enforcement over the landing gear Wells, added to late production aircraft with retrofit to the older examples. The same was the heat of the wing guns, which was none on the first Spitfires. Later, after troubles with frozen machine guns, a hot air heating system was installed, taking the hot air from the wing cooler with the exhaust fairings close to the wing tips, and the final solution was the electrical heating, used on all the produced.
See the one of two small parts frames, with some of the many alternative parts, like as three antenna masts, two various wheel discs, or alternative hot air exhaust to be alternatively glued under the wing tips (parts 72 and 73. Note alternative wing tips, to be use latter for Spitfires Mk.Vs. There will be two small parts frames in Spitfire Mk.I kits.
The second of the two small parts frames. See the battery of machine guns, all with hollow barrels and two propellers, with unique design of the two-bladed wooden prop, or alternative pitot tubes. See the parts 217, 218 and 219, where the differences depend on stage of armoring of the plane.

The first Spitfire Mk.I release will be THE SPITFIRE Mk.I STORY, a LIMITED EDITION item, released in August, 2020. The item will be released in DUAL COMBO mode, with two kits inside, Spitfire Mk.I early and Spitfire Mk.Ia late, with two separate sets of fuselages and wings.
The part configuration allows to build the cockpit in erly unarmored fashion, or in latter armored style.
The surface riveting of the back fuselage is made in combination of the positive and negative riveting. Don´t be confused by the picture, the rivets are very very tiny on the real kit surface.

The main Spitfire Mk.I release will be the PROFIPACK, scheduler to be an October 2020 release available in E-DAY 2020 convention in Lysa nad Labem on September 26th, 2020. Which is still not all, the Spitfire Mk.Ib will be the next. And, of course, Spitfire Mk.IIb is an aircraft with just marginal changes comparing with Mk.Ib.
The changes comparing Mk.Ib and Mk.Ia are in the wings, with Hispano cannons installed. The kit will have extra B wing frame.

The summer of this year is to be enriched with spitfire Mk.I, as different from Eduard. It will be marked by two slightly different hulls, the design of which rivets are similar to tempesta partly in the positive. All I have at my disposal is test trusses and wings, so at least we'll get to them.
Léto letošního roku má být obohaceno stavebnicí Spitfire Mk.I, jak jinak než od Eduardu. Ta se bude vyznačovat dvěma mírně odlišnými trupy, jejichž provedení nýtů je podobně jako u Tempesta zčásti v pozitivu. K dispozici mám zatím jen zkušební výlisky trupu a křídla, a tak se jukneme aspoň na ně.
